The good news. According to Romans 8, Paul says that even if we don’t know how to pray, the Spirit prays for us. Imagine the Holy Spirit as some kind of interpreter. The Spirit is a translator for God. We pray for one thing, not knowing we need something else. But God knows and God is seeking to give us an abundant life.
